Sue Brand (Managing Director)
RDB Star Rating Training draws upon decades of experience and expertise, rooted in the foundational work of our Managing Director, Sue Brand. Sue’s journey in the care sector began in the 1980s when she successfully operated her own care homes and developed comprehensive training packages and materials under the Pembroke Group. Her hands-on experience as both a care provider and trainer gave her deep insight into the challenges and opportunities within the industry, leading to the creation of practical and impactful resources designed to improve care delivery.
James Easton (Training Director)
James has spent 9 years on the front lines of care, supporting older people with a range of complex conditions, including Dementia, Parkinson’s, Diabetes, Cancer, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. His extensive hands-on experience has given him deep insight into the challenges faced by both caregivers and those they support. Now at RDB, James is committed to ensuring that all carers have access to proper introductory training, driven by his passion to improve the quality of care for vulnerable individuals and elevate the standards of caregiving across the sector.
