All sales made through our website or other channels are subject to these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices for our training packages and products are listed in British Pound Sterling (£) and are subject to change without notice. The price you will be charged is the price displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees (for physical products).
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in BPS (£).

3. Order Confirmation

4. Delivery of Training Packages

  • Physical Products: If you purchased physical products, they will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

5. Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality training materials and products. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or return is necessary. Please review our refund and return policy below:

5.2 Physical Products (Books, DVDs, etc.)

  • If you purchased physical products and wish to return them, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at marketing@rdbtraining.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds for Physical Products: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.3 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at marketing@rdbtraining.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Physical Products: If you need to cancel an order for physical products, please contact us immediately at marketing@rdbtraining.com. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined in Section 5.2.
